My barista buddy told me I was holding the steam wand wrong for 3 years
I've been making latte art at home for like 6 months and it always came out looking like a blob. Then my friend who works at a shop in Portland watched me do it and said 'you're twisting your wrist too much, keep your arm straight.' I tried it her way and my rosetta actually had petals on the first try. Anyone else get a tiny tweak from someone that completely changed how they do a basic habit?
