Spent $18 on a pill organizer with AM and PM slots and it fixed my whole morning
I kept forgetting whether I took my allergy pill and vitamins, so I was either doubling up or skipping them for 3 days straight. The $18 organizer with separate AM and PM lids means I just look at the box and know, and my mornings stopped starting with that foggy guess. Is there a cheaper trick people use, or do I just accept that a grown man needs a box with days of the week on it?
Doesn't everyone just flip the bottle upside down after they take one? That way you know at a glance if it's been done today, and it costs you exactly nothing.
Oh wow, I felt this one in my bones. My husband and I have been trying to keep track of his blood pressure pills for years and we have tried everything. A little chart on the fridge, a phone alarm, even one of those fancy caps that light up when you open it. You know what actually works? Flipping the bottle over, just like you said. It takes zero effort and my brain can see it from across the room. The fancy stuff always ends up in a drawer somewhere, but turning a bottle upside down is something I can actually keep up with.
