Swapped my morning coffee for a 10-minute walk 45 days ago and the afternoon slump is almost gone now
Has anyone else found a simple swap like this that fixed a bigger problem than you expected?

Started swapping my afternoon soda for a tall glass of water with a squeeze of lemon around the same time. Turns out I was just dehydrated and crashing from the sugar the whole time. Energy leveled out way more than I expected and my headaches pretty much vanished after week two. Small change, big difference for sure.

oh man YES. i did the same thing like two months ago except with sparkling water instead of still. i was so convinced i just needed that afternoon caffeine kick but it turns out i was just thirsty and hooked on the sugar rush. the headaches thing is so real though i used to get these dull ones around 3pm every single day and now theyre just gone. its wild how one little habit change can mess with your whole day like that.

It's crazy how long we trick ourselves into thinking we need the sugar or caffeine when really it's just water we're after. Lemon water sounds nice too, gives it a little something without going overboard. Might have to try that myself since plain water gets boring after a while...
