TIL my neighbor's morning greeting saved me 15 minutes
My neighbor Bob said "stop playing on your phone at the door" after I complained about being late every day. Turns out I was wasting 15 minutes scrolling before even stepping outside, now I leave the phone in the bag until I'm on the bus.

My neighbor's cat saved me ten minutes once by sitting on my keys so I had to find them.
