The $12 thrift store embroidery hoop outdid my $60 fancy one
After 6 months of fighting with a gripping hoop that kept slipping on every project, I grabbed a wooden hoop from a Seattle garage sale and suddenly my stitches are actually straight, has anyone else found cheap tools just work better for them?
