Guy at the DMV told me his dog ate his driver's license and he had proof
I was waiting in line at the DMV in Akron last Tuesday and this older dude walks up to the counter holding a ziploc bag with shredded plastic pieces inside. He told the clerk his golden retriever chewed up his license the night before and he brought the remains as evidence. The clerk actually laughed and processed his replacement no questions asked. Has anyone else seen someone bring in actual proof of a weird excuse like that?

Think you meant Golden Retriever, not Labrador.

Watching the video, that dog moved so differently than any Golden I've seen. The way it bounded into the room and the overall thickness made me think Labrador too, even if color was off. @kellyjones I get why you say Golden Retriever, but seeing the dog's behavior up close really sells the Lab temperament. The coat was even shorter than most Goldens I've met, which sealed it for me.

Oh man, that's actually kind of hilarious. I totally get why the clerk didn't give him a hard time, that's some solid proof right there.
