My neighbor's parrot now mimics my car alarm, and it's oddly personal

This morning in the parking lot at Kroger on 5th, a green parrot on a guy's shoulder started making my exact car alarm sound. I stood there confused for a solid 10 seconds before realizing it was the bird, and the owner just shrugged and said, 'Yeah, he's been doing that since his window was open.' Now every time I start my engine, I half-expect to hear a squawk chorus from his balcony. Has anyone else been roasted by an animal that copied your daily noise?

The fact that he just shrugged and said that like it's totally normal is killing me. Parrots just casually memorize car alarms now, I guess.
