Spent 30 minutes trying to fix my printer before I realized the power cord was loose

So I was printing out a recipe for dinner and my printer just wouldnt turn on. I checked the ink, restarted my computer, even yelled at it a bit. Took me a solid half hour to notice the cord was barely plugged into the wall. Has anyone else had a stupid simple fix that made you feel like a total goof?

... actually, I think it depends on the printer model because some of them have a toggle switch on the back that looks like a power button but isn't. My old HP had one that got bumped all the time and I'd forget about it. So you might want to double check if yours has that too before you blame the cord next time.

My buddy @julia_anderson is totally right, one of my friends had that same hidden switch issue on their Canon.
