Finally cleared out 3 years of old stuff from my closet in Boise, feels great
So I had this closet that was packed with old clothes I had not touched since like 2021. Last weekend I finally pulled everything out and ended up with 4 big bags of stuff, and I posted it all on here plus a few things to the Goodwill on State Street. Two people already grabbed a jacket and a set of old mugs, and honestly my closet looks like a totally different space now. Has anyone else done a big cleanout like this and actually stuck with keeping it empty, because I'm worried I'll just fill it back up.
My buddy Marcus did the same thing last spring, cleared out his whole apartment in Nampa and swore he'd keep it that way. Six months later he was at a garage sale buying more junk to fill the space. Tbh the trick is just not bringing new stuff in unless you actually need it.
