I finally gave away my rice cooker and kept the instant pot, now what?
My tiny kitchen in Reno had room for one, so I picked the Instant Pot over the 3-cup rice cooker after a month of debating. The rice cooker made perfect sticky rice every time, but the Instant Pot does beans, stew, and yogurt too, so I figured it was the smarter swap. Now the rice comes out okay but not great, has anyone else made this trade and found a trick to fix the texture?

Heard someone say rinsing the rice until the water runs clear and then letting it sit for 10 minutes after it's done helps a ton. Tried it with mine and the texture got way closer to the cooker.
