PSA: My posture is wrecked from spending all day bent over truck frames.
I can't stand up straight without feeling a sharp pain in my lower back.

So what's the actual difference then? A lot of people use those words like they mean the same thing. Is posture just how you hold yourself and back problems are something physical?
