Unpopular opinion: All these 3D renders in digital art shows look the same now
I miss when showcases had more hand-drawn style and unique vision. Every gallery I visit lately just has shiny, perfect models that feel cold and empty. Where did the real creativity go?

Man, I totally get it now. I used to love that slick 3D look, but you're right, everything just feels too perfect and cold these days.

Actually, I read this blog post where an old-school illustrator was ranting about EXACTLY this. They said modern 3D tools have all these default settings that push art toward a samey, clean look. It's like every piece loses its unique voice because the software does too much work. I genuinely miss seeing pencil lines and brush strokes that show a human hand was involved. That post argued that real creativity comes from struggle, not from clicking a render button. Now everything just feels mass-produced and empty.
