I used to pay $89 a month for one of those all-in-one scheduling tools because everyone on YouTube said you need it. Then in January I got sick of the price and just built a simple booking form in Google Forms that dumps into a Sheet, and honestly it does the same thing for zero dollars. My clients actually book faster now because there are fewer steps, and I've saved around $180 so far. Has anyone else cut a paid tool and found the free version works fine, or am I going to regret this when I scale up?
