Paid $200 for a social media scheduler that broke my posting schedule
I bought a fancy scheduler last month hoping it would save me time on Instagram and Facebook posts. Turns out it kept glitching and doubling my scheduled content, which confused my followers and dropped my engagement by half. Has anyone else had a tool mess up their queue like this and found a fix?

Did you ever contact their support about the doubling issue before you gave up on it... I'm just wondering because I've been in that spot where I wanted to throw the whole tool away but sometimes they actually have a fix hidden in their settings that nobody talks about. That double posting thing sounds like a sync error with the timezone or maybe a draft conflict on their end... Did you check if it was maybe user error or a known bug on their update log? Because I've seen some schedulers push out broken updates on Fridays and then act like it's your fault for not refreshing the page.

and that's exactly what happened to my friend Sarah with Later last spring. She had all her posts for the month laid out neatly and the thing just started throwing random old drafts into her queue at like 3am. She messaged support three times and they kept telling her to clear her cache and log back in which did nothing. Finally she found a buried forum post where someone said to disconnect and reconnect her Facebook page in the settings and that actually fixed it for her. Took her almost two weeks of chaos though and her numbers tanked right when she was building momentum for a product launch. She ended up switching to a free calendar grid on Google Sheets and just doing manual posts for a while which honestly worked better for her stress levels.
