That influencer's 'unlimited keywords' advice cost me a client in Phoenix
Some YouTube guru with 300k subs kept saying you should stuff every variation of a keyword into one page. I followed it for a client's plumbing site here in Phoenix, and within a month their rankings tanked from page 1 to page 5. Google's update in March hit them hard, and the client pulled the contract, which was $1,200 a month. I should have stuck with my old habit of one solid page per topic instead of chasing his hype. Now I'm rebuilding their site with just 12 focused pages, and it's slowly climbing back. Has anyone else had to undo bad advice from a big-name creator?

Guru hype is just modern snake oil, shortcuts always cost more later.
