Finally realized my 'work from anywhere' setup was killing my back after a year on the road

Been digital nomading through Southeast Asia for 14 months using a laptop on my actual lap, and a Thai chiropractor in Chiang Mai told me my spine is curved like a banana. Anyone else go years ignoring ergonomics before something forced you to fix it?

Bangkok hostels should hand out ergonomic warnings with the key cards honestly. I spent 8 months hunched over a 13 inch screen on buses and my neck literally clicks now when I turn left. The banana spine is real, I think mine is officially a croissant shape at this point.

Man that's when you know the cheap flights are costing you more than money.

Croissant spine, banana spine, at this rate we're building a whole fruit bowl of bad posture over here. Guess the real travel hack was paying for a chiropractor all along.
