Flying back to Medellin after 5 weeks home and my suitcase got lighter, not fuller
Three years ago I dragged 23 kg of gear to Bogota and spent half my trip hunting for an adapter I never used. This time I left the laptop stand and the extra charger at my sister's place and just packed the basics, and nothing broke. So what's the one thing you keep hauling around that you never actually touch on the road?

A guy I met on a hostel roof once said he carries a travel iron in every bag and has never plugged it in once. Mine is a little tripod I keep meaning to use.
