Miss the days of printing out city maps at hostels
Back in 2015 I'd land in Bangkok and spend my first hour at the guesthouse desk circling spots on a paper map with a marker. Now I just open Google Maps on my phone, but I feel like I lose the little side streets and random chats with locals that made those old maps so good. Anyone else feel like the planning got easier but the wandering got worse?
