Tried the 90-day study streak method and my scores dropped 15%

Everyone in this sub swears by the long daily study streaks, so I gave it a shot last semester in Portland. I did 2 hours every single day for 90 days, but my final exam scores actually went down compared to my usual 3-day cram sessions. The burnout hit hard around week 8, and I was just going through the motions without absorbing anything. Has anyone else seen worse results from the streak approach, or did I do something wrong with how I structured it?

Oh man, I just read a piece about how spaced repetition works way better for memory than grinding through daily blocks, and it sounds like your brain was just done by week 8. Maybe swapping some of those 2 hour sessions for active recall tests or shorter review days could help if you ever try it again.
