Had to pick between plywood and OSB for my shed subfloor
I was building a 8x10 shed in my backyard last month and couldn't decide on subfloor material. Plywood was $45 a sheet at Home Depot and OSB was only $28, so I went with OSB to save money. Big mistake - the first rain swelled up the edges near the door and now it's all bumpy. Anyone else had OSB fail like that or did I just get bad sheets?

Wait did you seal the edges with anything before installing? That first rain hitting raw OSB is brutal. I used exterior grade plywood on mine, painted all the edges too. Only cost me $20 more total. What's your plan to fix the bumps now?
