Just realized I was installing my new kitchen backsplash wrong the whole time
Was at my buddy's place in Phoenix helping him tile, and he showed me how to back-butter each piece with a 3/8 inch trowel instead of just spreading it on the wall. The coverage was way better and it went up twice as fast. What's the one trick you saw someone do that totally changed your method?

Yeah, back-buttering is a total game changer. @grant.susan is right, seeing a pro do it once makes all the difference.
