A senior drafter in my old firm said my detail callouts were 'cluttered like a flea market'
He pulled up a drawing I did for a warehouse in Tacoma and pointed out I had 12 separate notes on one small section. I cut it down to 5 key notes and used a clearer leader line style. Did that kind of blunt feedback ever make you change a basic drafting habit?

Cluttered like a flea market" is such a specific burn, did you ever get feedback that good again?

Nothing quite that poetic since. The best feedback usually comes from a real person who gets what you're trying to do.

Honestly, what makes that kind of feedback hit so different anyway?
