Drafting my own patio design saved me from a landscaping disaster.

I mapped out the drainage and dimensions before any digging. Anyone else find their drafting skills handy for outdoor projects?

Mapped out the drainage, huh? My version of drafting was just eyeballing it, which is why I now have a patio puddle shaped like regret.

My gutter situation looked about as good, @adamk95.

Honestly eyeballing it works fine if you know the slope. Tbh my patio drains great and I never measured a thing.
