Actually, I think frozen dumplings are better than fresh ones in a lot of cases

I used to be one of those people who insisted on only making dumplings from scratch. But after a long shift last winter I grabbed a bag of frozen pork and chive ones from the Asian market. The texture was way better than I expected and the filling stayed juicy. Now I keep three bags in my freezer at all times. Has anyone else found a brand that beats homemade?

Totally agree, same thing happened to me. Grabbed a random bag of frozen pork and ginger dumplings after a late night and they were honestly better than the ones my grandma spends hours on. Now I keep a backup stash in the freezer too, never going back.
