Shoutout to the frozen wonton wrappers that turned into a sticky mess
I bought a pack from the Asian market last Friday and they all stuck together like glue before I could even fill one. I tried peeling them apart and half of them ripped. Has anyone else found a brand that doesn't do this?

Three frozen packs of Nasoya did me dirty like that before I finally gave up on them. @the_miles your parchment and cookbook trick is a lifesaver, I started doing almost the exact same thing but with a cutting board instead. What actually changed the game for me was switching to the Twin Dragon brand from the same market, they come with little paper separators between each wrapper. I still keep them bone cold on a tray with a light cornstarch dusting before I even open the bag, that way if any fall apart its just one or two instead of the whole stack.

they all stuck together like glue" YES that EXACT thing happened to me with the Nasoya brand last week. I was so annoyed because I had planned a whole dumpling night and ended up with shredded wonton skins everywhere. The thing is you have to keep them FROZEN until the very last second and then work SUPER fast. If they thaw even a tiny bit the moisture makes them fuse into one giant sheet. I've had better luck with the brand Twin Dragon actually, they seem to peel apart easier if you use a thin spatula to separate them gently. Also try dusting them with a little cornstarch before freezing next time, that can help keep them from bonding together.

Wait the Nasoya ones did you dirty like that?? I literally had the exact same meltdown with those last month. I was so excited to make spring rolls and they just turned into a sticky clump of regret. You know what I started doing? I lay them all out on a parchment lined tray, put another sheet of parchment on top, and then weigh it down with a cookbook in the freezer for like 15 minutes before I even try to separate them. It sounds extra but it actually works. Did you ever try the cornstarch trick or did you just throw the whole package in the trash like I almost did?
