Got called to a 'haunted' office building in Everett for flickering lights

The client was sure it was a ghost, but after an hour of checking, I found a squirrel had chewed through the main feed in the attic crawl space. The little guy was just sitting there on the junction box, staring at me like I was the intruder. I had to gently shoo it out with a piece of conduit before I could even start the repair. Anyone else had wildlife cause a major fault in a weird place?

Found a family of raccoons living in a hospital's main electrical closet once. They'd pulled down some old data cables to make a nest.
