I thought those new smart breakers were just a pricey toy for rich people.
My boss made us put a full panel of them in a big Reno job, and after seeing the load data catch a failing fridge motor before it died, I'm sold. Anyone run into a tech they hated at first but now can't work without?

The Fluke T6 electrical tester with its open fork design. I fought getting one for months, called it a gimmick. Now I won't troubleshoot a live panel without it. Saves so much time checking voltage without even stripping a wire.

Wait, doesn't it still need contact for voltage, @milaw14?

That thing is a total game changer.
