Wasted $400 on those fancy push-in wire connectors last month
Thought they'd save me time on a big resi job but they kept popping loose on solid wire 12. What do you guys use for quick terminations that actually hold?

Wait, you actually paid $400 for those things? That's insane man. I can't believe they let you drop that kind of cash on something that clearly doesn't hold on solid 12. Those push-in connectors are a gimmick if you ask me. I tried a cheap version once and watched a wire pop right out when I barely touched it. Whole box went straight in the trash after that day.

Man, those push-ins are the worst on solid 12, I learned that the hard way too. Stick with Wagos for stranded but just bite the bullet and use wire nuts on solid wire, it's faster than redoing half your connections.
