What kind of locks are you replacing most?

@blair_martin - yeah I had a buddy who did a whole apartment complex last year and he said those basic Kwikset knockoffs were everywhere. He told me he was replacing like 40 a day for a month straight because the landlords bought the cheapest stuff from Home Depot and they'd all start sticking after a few months of weather changes. Said his fingers were raw from handling all those little screws and spring clips.

Pile on and agree with you completely - I had the exact same nightmare with a rental property I managed a few years back, @blair_martin. Those cheap Kwikset-style locks would start sticking the moment the humidity changed, and I'd be out there with a screwdriver every other week trying to fix them. Eventually I just switched everything to Schlage and never looked back, even though it cost a bit more upfront.
