Had a client fall asleep during a peel in Denver last Wednesday

She woke up with her face in the bowl of toner and claimed it was 'the best nap of her life.' Has anyone else had a client do something weird while you were mid-service?

and then she got toner all over her face and probably ruined her shirt too. at least she was relaxed i guess, but now you gotta deal with a sticky mess and a client who thinks it's a spa nap service.

Denver was 80 degrees that Wednesday, so the toner probably felt nice. Honestly, I don't see the problem. The client paid for a peel, she got a peel plus a free nap and a story to tell her friends. You got your money and a memorable service story. Sounds like a win-win to me. If she didn't complain about the toner mess, why should you? She probably just laughed it off and tipped you anyway.

Gotta say I'm with the first commenter on this one. If she woke up laughing and tipped you, that's a win in my book. Sounds like she was having a rough week and your service zone was the only place she could actually relax. Better than a client who's complaining or fighting the whole time. Toner cleans up, bad vibes don't.
