I finally got a total stranger to cry happy tears from a brow shaping

Used a new mapping technique I found on YouTube last week and somehow made her tear up saying she felt seen for the first time. Has anyone else had a random service turn into an emotional moment like that?

Could it be that nobody's ever actually asked her how she wanted to look before, not just told her?

And that really hit home for me, because it reminded me of a friend of mine, @susan649. Her grandmother had always worn her hair in this tight bun, and nobody ever asked if she liked it. But one day a stylist just asked her, and she said she always wanted it short and curly, like a little kid's. It was like watching someone come alive again, just from being asked.

Sometimes the smallest things hit the hardest because nobody ever gave them permission to want something different for themselves. That brow mapping probably unlocked something she didnt even know she was holding back.
