I wasted $200 on that fancy LED light therapy mask

Bought one of those high-end LED masks from a skincare brand I saw all over Instagram. Used it for like 3 months straight, followed the instructions perfectly. After that time I didn't see any difference in my acne scars or fine lines. I mean maybe it helped a tiny bit but not enough to justify the cost. Has anyone else tried one of these and actually seen results or did I just get scammed?

Heard those masks are way weaker than panels, no surprise there.

Switched to a red light therapy panel instead, way better results for half the price.

HALF the price? That's NUTS, I've seen those panel setups going for like 300 bucks online. That's half of what a decent mask costs? I might need to look into this because I bought into the whole face mask hype and now I'm feeling like I wasted my money. People keep telling me panels are stronger anyway since they cover more surface area. Seriously rethinking my whole setup right now.
