That Tuesday where three clients canceled back to back

Had a day last month where I booked a full morning at the studio on Peachtree Street... three no-shows by 11 AM. One lady said she 'forgot' about her chemical peel even after I confirmed twice. Lost about $270 in revenue that day and just sat there staring at my treatment lamp. Anyone else have weeks where the cancellations just pile up like that?

Wait, did you confirm with her twice and she still said she 'forgot'? That's rough, but honestly sometimes people just don't want to admit they changed their mind. Three in one morning though, that's just bad luck piling up.

Wait are we really acting like getting stood up three times in one morning is some kind of personal tragedy? I mean if a friend ghosts you on coffee plans that sucks but it's not like you lost your job or something. People flake out all the time, it's just part of being human. Unless they stood you up for something really important like a doctor's appointment or picking up your kid from school I think we can all relax a little.

Reply to wendyprice: "Part of being human" doesn't pay my bills or my rent on that studio space. I get that people flake, but when your income depends on booked appointments, three back to back is more than just a minor annoyance.
