Three years in and I'm still finding skincare lines that refuse to tell you the pH of their products

Called a rep last week about a new enzyme peel they're pushing and the woman literally said 'our formula is proprietary so I can't share that.' How am I supposed to know if it's safe to use on compromised skin without pH info? Has anyone else had luck getting companies to release that data or do you just walk away?

Three years ago Lush actually mailed me a full pH breakdown after I emailed three times.

They sent it eventually but shouldn't have taken three emails to get.

Whoa, that's wild they finally gave you a full breakdown but only after three emails. @grantw32 has a point though, why make people chase that hard for info they should just have on hand. What exactly did that breakdown show that you couldn't find online before then?
