Warning: Stop using those cheap LED lamps for your facial room lighting
I had a client break out in hives after two sessions under a $30 ring light from Amazon, turns out the flicker rate and blue light spectrum can trigger reactions in sensitive skin, has anyone else seen this happen?

My friend got the exact same kind from Amazon and her whole chin peeled after one night using it. The cheap LEDs on those things are apparently putting out way too much heat for how close they sit to your skin. Had to throw mine straight in the trash after seeing what it did to her, not worth messing up your face over thirty bucks.

Gonna push back a bit here @roberts95 because I've had that same $30 ring light for like 8 months and my skin is fine. The heat thing is real but only if you press it directly against your face and fall asleep with it on or something dumb like that. I use mine on the lowest setting for 10 minutes max and keep it a few inches away from my skin with zero issues. Your friend probably got a defective one or was using it wrong honestly.
