My buddy at the shop told me I was over-torquing lug nuts by about 30 pounds
He saw me using a 3/4 inch drive ratchet instead of a torque wrench and said I was gonna warp some rotors eventually. Once I started using the click type wrench to 80 ft-lbs on Hondas I stopped getting those annoying vibration complaints from customers. Any of you guys had a coworker call you out on something you thought was fine?

Wait, you actually felt a difference in vibration complaints after switching to a torque wrench? Honestly, I used to think a click type was just for show and that any ratchet would get the job done, but your experience makes me rethink that. Tbh, I would have brushed off the coworker's warning too until I saw real results like you did.
