Shoutout to my friend who made me try a five minute morning stretch
I always thought it was pointless, just a trend, but after doing it for a month my back pain is totally gone. Now I'm torn, is it the routine itself or just the act of starting the day with a small win? What's something simple you thought was silly that actually worked?

Honestly the routine is the win. That small bit of movement gets everything working right. The good feeling just comes from fixing a problem you ignored.

No joke, I used to roll my eyes at stuff like that. But forcing myself to drink more water (like, a lot more) fixed my constant headaches. Guess the simple stuff works sometimes.
