My grandma's handwritten pie crust recipe almost got lost for good

Last week, I was going through a box of old photos at my mom's house in Spokane and found the card, but it was so faded I could barely read the butter measurement. I mean, it was 1 cup, but the ink had run from some water damage years ago. Has anyone else had to rescue a family recipe like that?
