Used to only draw on paper, now I sketch everything on my iPad
For years I only used pencil and my big sketchbook from the art store downtown. Then my friend let me try her iPad with Procreate last fall and I was hooked. I bought my own tablet in January and now I do all my first drafts digitally because I can fix mistakes fast and try colors instantly. Anyone else switch from paper to digital for their design work and have tips for making it feel less stiff?

Wait, you only started using an iPad in January? That's crazy fast to switch everything over. (I'd still be fumbling with the layers menu for months.)

You ever see a dog learn a new trick for treats? That was me with Procreate, just pure snack-driven panic. I had client work due and no time for the learning curve, so I brute forced it.
