My uncle told me to put my entire tax refund into a single crypto coin in 2021

He swore it was a sure thing, so I dropped the whole $2,800 into it. Anyone else have a relative who gave them spectacularly bad financial advice?

Did you see that study about how most people in those schemes actually lose money? It's pretty sad how they target folks who are just trying to plan ahead. Makes the whole thing feel extra gross.
