Just realized my 'starter home' budget in Charlotte is actually enough for a house with a garage.

I finally added up my actual savings and pre-approval amount, and it came to $315,000, which is way more than I thought I had after only 18 months of saving.

How did you keep your spending so low? I cut out all the small daily buys that added up, like coffee shops and delivery apps. That stuff was costing me way more than I realized.

Saving that much in Charlotte in under two years is basically a superpower. My budget for a garage would just be a fancy shed for the lawnmower. You must have found a money tree I missed.
