Shoutout to the guy who talked me into a moisture meter
I always thought checking subfloors was a waste of time until a job in that old Seattle craftsman went sideways. The meter showed 22% moisture in a corner that looked fine, saved me from a callback. What's your go-to tool you thought was junk but now swear by?
