Update: I thought the 'flower subscription' model was a fad for big cities, but my shop in Springfield tried it

I was sure people here wouldn't pay for weekly flowers, but we launched a $35/month local delivery plan six months ago. Now it's 20% of our income and we have a waiting list. What convinced you to try something you doubted, or what new idea flopped at your place?

Honestly that "waiting list" part is the real story. People get tired of the same old stuff and want a little treat to look forward to. Your idea worked because it turned flowers from a gift into a regular small joy.
