My old slide rule snapped while I was showing my kid how to do long division

It was my grandpa's from the 60s, and the cursor just cracked in half when I tried to slide it. I had to explain that people used to carry these things in their shirt pockets instead of calculators. Anyone know a good place to find replacement parts for a Keuffel & Esser model? I'd hate to just toss it.

Remember my dad's old camera? The film advance lever broke off just from me touching it.

Guess they don't make them like they used to.

My buddy's old truck, the one his grandpa gave him? The door handle just came off in his hand last week, just from pulling it. The plastic just crumbled. Meanwhile, that truck's original engine still starts right up every single morning. What even is that?
