I used to think cold emailing was a waste of time until I tried sending exactly 15 a day at 10 AM for a month and booked 3 new clients.
I was totally stuck on finding work last quarter, so I forced myself to send a small, specific batch of emails every morning, and focusing on that one task instead of scattering my efforts all day actually made the process feel manageable... anyone else find a simple routine that finally clicked for them?

Didn't some study say 10 AM is the best time for opens?

Remember my friend tried that exact 10 AM strategy with her newsletter. She scheduled everything for that perfect time slot for a whole month. Her open rate actually dropped a little compared to when she just sent stuff out in the afternoon. I guess it really depends on who your people are and when they check their inbox.

Totally saw the same thing happen with my own mailing list. Honestly I was so sure sending it at lunch would work better, but my crowd just checks email late at night. Tbh it feels like all those studies just guess for an average person that doesn't exist. You really gotta just test it yourself and see what your own people do.
