Walked past my old office building downtown and saw something that hit different
I was grabbing coffee on 5th Street yesterday and cut through the plaza where my old cubicle used to be, and the whole ground floor is now a co-working space called 'The Hive'. It just made me realize how many of us have gone from that one fixed desk to bouncing between coffee shops and our kitchen tables (and how the city's adapting to that). Has anyone else had a moment where a physical place really drove home how much the freelance landscape has shifted?

That bit about the city adapting really got me. Do you think these new co-working spots are actually helping, or are they just expensive band-aids for the fact that a lot of us don't have a real office to go back to?

But is it even a band-aid if the wound keeps getting bigger?
