Heads up if you're walking the trail around Miller's Pond

I was there this morning and the wooden footbridge near the north entrance is missing at least three planks. It's a straight drop of about six feet into the creek below. Anyone know if the parks department has been notified yet?

See this everywhere, public stuff just gets ignored until someone gets hurt.

Ugh, so true. I read something the other day about how cities only fix potholes after a bunch of complaints or an accident. Spot on, @the_jennifer. It's like they wait for a crisis to act.

My buddy had a tire blowout from a pothole on his street that people had been calling about for months. His car needed a new rim and everything, cost him over six hundred bucks. The city finally filled it the very next week after his accident. It's frustrating how a simple fix gets ignored until the damage is already done.
