Finally got a clean seal on a 6-inch bubble after three tries
Last week in my garage studio, I was working on a big vase and kept messing up the neck. The third try, I slowed my roll and kept the heat just right on the lip. It clicked into place smooth as glass. Anyone have a trick for keeping that heat even on bigger pieces?

Slow and steady wins the race, right? Try a wider flame spread for more even heat.

Actually, that's not how heat distribution works.

Wasn't there a whole thing about heat conduction in pans? I read that the material makes a huge difference.
