Warning: Tiny bubbles are killing my pendants lately

I've been trying to make clear glass pendants for a gift, but every time I get close to finishing, these tiny bubbles pop up. I'm using a Minor Burner torch and Effetre glass, and I heat it slowly to avoid shock. But somehow, air gets trapped, and when I shape it, bubbles form near the surface. I've lost three pieces this week alone, and it's driving me crazy. I even cleaned my bench and checked my oxygen mix, but no luck. Maybe I'm rolling the rod too fast? Any tips would help, because I'm about to give up on this design, lol.

Ugh, same here, those tiny bubbles killed my projects until I adjusted my torch angle.

My fifth attempt last week had bubbles from a slightly damp mandrel. Swapping to a totally dry one let me finish the piece cleanly.
