I get my best visual concepts when I'm working solo, not listening to pointless chatter. If management wants better designs, they should let us think in peace.

Tell me about it, that noise just kills any creative flow. I've had whole ideas evaporate because someone was droning on about something unrelated. Solitude is the real tool for this job.
